CEDR HR Solutions all started in Arizona in 2006 when our founder, Paul Edwards, and his brother noticed a problem small businesses were facing: they did not have the legal resources that larger corporations had and, therefore, were vulnerable.
Having previously owned several small businesses, Paul knew firsthand what this was like. Together, they created CEDR, a company designed not only to walk small businesses through what to do when legal issues come up, but also how to do it, and even how to prevent them from coming up in the first place (without needing to hire an entire legal department!).
CEDR was born out of a community’s need for support and guidance. Today, our commitment to that community remains unwavering. We strive to make HR education and support accessible and understandable for businesses of all sizes.
