These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by or on behalf of the Center for Employment Dispute Resolution, LLC, dba CEDR HR Solutions (“CEDR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from CEDR, you agree to these SMS Terms.
SMS Program: CEDR may use text messaging to communicate with individuals who have provided consent to receive SMS messages from us.
Depending on the type of messages you have agreed to receive, messages may include:
Marketing and promotional messages, such as information about CEDR products and services, educational resources, events and webinars, special offers, promotions, and other marketing communications.
Customer care and informational messages, such as responses to inquiries, appointment or meeting reminders, account or service-related communications, customer support messages, and other communications related to your interactions with CEDR.
Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any products or services from CEDR.
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with CEDR and the types of messages you have elected to receive.
Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging or data plan.
Opting Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages from CEDR at any time by replying “STOP” to a message.
After you opt out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your request. You will no longer receive text messages covered by that subscription unless you subsequently opt in again.
