Conduct handbook customization sessions

This is a full-time, exempt position with a starting annual salary range of $47,500 to $52,000. We thoroughly train and mentor new advisors on our systems, products, and employment law best practices. Your history likely shows:

Work history as an attorney (AZ Bar license NOT required) with an employment law background (preferred but not required) or 2-5 years as an HR professional with your PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification
Experience managing or coaching others to success

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide customer support to our members. This includes handling customer queries via phone, chat, and email, on-boarding members into CEDR’s systems, managing software account set up, conducting demo webinars, training users on how to use CEDR’s software, fielding tech support calls as well as tracking and following up with members, database management, and following protocols. In this role, you will be interacting closely with CEDR members, as well as working with the CEDR team overall to make sure the goals of the company are achieved.

Daily Responsibilities and Duties:

· Provide initial training/onboarding via webinar, and follow-up training, as required, to ensure members understand and can properly utilize CEDR’s software services.

· Track member engagement and following up with members via phone and/or email.

· Receive and respond to a high volume of member requests (calls, chats, & emails) via ticketing system and providing service and support within your scope of knowledge.

· Setting up user accounts in CEDR’s software systems.

· Utilizing script templates and creating custom scripts for setting up timekeeping accounts.

· Staying up to date on new features related to CEDR’s software and developments to ensure we are prepared for system changes.

· Develop and record software tutorial videos.

· Conduct internal account reviews to ensure compliance and consistency.

· Provide administrative support, such as routing calls and creating tickets.

· High-level proficiency in MS Excel and Word, as well as the Google Suite.

Experience and Education:

· High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

· 1 year of coding experience

· 2 years of Administrative experience

· 2 years of Customer Service experience

· Willingness and ability to learn scripting as it relates to the timekeeping system

· Fundamental knowledge of coding required– knowledge of conditional statements (“if/then”)

· Experience in C#, .Net, or Perl is a plus

· High-level proficiency in MS Excel and Word, as well as the Google Suite
