About the Job:

Join our growing team of professional HR and Employment Law Experts who make a positive impact on hundreds of employers across the country. CEDR’s Advisors provide employment compliance guidance, litigation avoidance, and concierge-level HR Support to over 1200 medical and dental practices nationwide. We are like an external HR department, but without the on-site headaches. As an Advisor, we listen to employment problems, identify potential risks, and provide practical solutions and effective management strategies that both lessen our customer’s stress and their risk of litigation. Our members appreciate our services and products, and recognize that we have a true passion for helping employers navigate the complex field of employment law. We are not a law firm and we do not represent any members in defending or bringing legal claims. Additional job duties include: customizing handbooks for various state laws, drafting policies and employment contracts, research and writing as needed to develop training content (articles, blogs, webinars, etc.), and occasional speaking opportunities. Work requires sophisticated knowledge of employment law concepts and ability to confidently coach managers and doctors to best practice employment solutions. Training provided on CEDR’s products, services, and internal processes. This is an at-will, full-time position in our Tucson, Arizona office.

Copywriter/Copyeditor

About the Job:

This is an at-will, full-time, non-exempt position. The primary duties include writing and editing exceptional sales and educational copy that communicates CEDR’s messaging and branding effectively in a variety of mediums; collaborating with the marketing team and CEO to develop creative content to market to our target audience; coordinating the creation and execution of a bi-monthly company newsletter to members and prospects; and ongoing research for new and interesting HR topics to blog/write about. Additional job duties include rewriting, proofreading, and other office projects as assigned.

Work requires advanced writing, editing, and computer skills, and the ability to multitask while staying organized. Position also requires a willingness to learn new advertising and B2B marketing strategies, as well as an understanding of CEDR’s products, services, and internal processes. This position reports directly to the Senior Copywriter and Director of Marketing.
