CEDR HR Solutions is an energetic, service-minded, and progressive HR consulting firm that has been in business since 2006. We currently have about 35 highly engaged employees headquartered in our central Tucson office. We provide employment law guidance, human resources support, and dynamic software solutions to over 2500 healthcare businesses across the United States.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee all scheduling activities for a team of human resources and employment law professionals.
  • Assist the team manager with meeting planning, new employee onboarding, employee recognition, etc.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to support coordination of participation in prospective member events.
  • Collaborate with the administrative and reception team to support scheduling functions and provide technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Content creation, review, and management.
  • Compile and analyze data on performance metrics, productivity, wait times, etc.
  • Reroute and merge customer inquiries.
  • Track deadlines and monitor progress.

As our perfect match you:

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (an Associates degree in business administration or a related field is preferred)
  • Have experience coordinating administrative activities and scheduling in a professional environment
  • Have strong computer skills, technical capabilities, and the ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Are successful at leading and influencing others
  • Are adept at managing multiple projects and priorities at once while maintaining organization in a busy environment
  • Show excellent attention to detail
  • Are comfortable making decisions
  • Have exceptional communication skills
